Station Manager
The EM Works Station Manager allows users to add production and data stations as new testers and manufacturing hardware are added to the production line. Users can create new stations by type and location and can define new types of testers and new production facilities as they are introduced.
Factory View
The Factory View module is a new real-time view of all current station data from any selected production location. Indicators show the current status of each station on the production line. Summary data for each station type shows statistics for the previous hour including number of units processed such as units tested, units passed and utilization.
Plug-In Manager
The latest version of our Plug-In Manager improves the ease at which users can register a plug-in for use within the EMWorks Production Management Portal. Plug-Ins are code that run only according to its execution mode, this can be a timed execution such as a daily email report or on demand such as a production data or graphical displays requested within the Production Portal. Plug-In groups are now supported allowing easier functional area customization
Interface Manager
The New Interface Manager allows users to add content to the Manufacturing Production Portal and organize the page structure of the site. Page access can be limited to users or group permissions and source options for new pages include embedded and external html , cgi code or registered plug-ins can be defined for adding pages with interactive or graphical data.
System Status
The EM Works System Status View is an administrative tools for assessing the performance of the EMWorks system server. The system status tools provide a summary of the servers current memory use, the status of the the current servers database connection and the status of the EMWorks plug-in execution engine. Additionally a workspace manager shows the user a summary all currently running EMWorks modules.
