The web-based Production Management Portal provides comprehensive visibility and control over geographically distributed factory operations. Process data such as product routing and sequencing, data from functional tests, manual inputs from factory workers, and unit-level component history is gathered from products and processes on the factory floor and aggregated into a real-time strategic view. Through this portal, managers can specify production parameters, view functional test yields, analyze individual factory performance and line failures, and communicate with staff.
