Jova Solutions, Inc. products are warranted for a period of one year from date of delivery against defects in material or workmanship. Returned products will either be repaired or replaced at the option of Jova Solutions, Inc. |

Call 1-866-755-1400 for Return Authorization, a return shipping label and for help obtaining a replacement item. Jova Solutions will send you a UPS ARS label to return the product free of charge. Simply place the label on the box and return it to a UPS driver or UPS counter. If you are from outside the United States, please use Parcel Post with a copy of receipt for proper reimbursement. |
