Orders for items in stock will be processed the following business day and shipped within 24-48 business hours of the date the order was placed. If an item is out of stock please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back to the Jova Solutions Distribution Center can be reshipped to the customer, however an additional shipping fee (equal to the original shipping charges) will apply. In order to prevent this circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information before placing your order
